With the topographic survey complete, geotechnical investigation and feasibility work are the current priorities. Indicative planning allowances are 6–10 weeks for geotechnical work and 10–14 weeks for feasibility, progressing in parallel where possible.
Column reinforcement, retrofit works and masonry continue as the building moves toward hotel fit-out preparation.
With the principal structure complete, consultant coordination and detailed hotel-delivery planning continue.
The combined Embassy Suites by Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn development is working toward a February 2028 opening, subject to delivery, testing and operator readiness.
